The breakfast was mind-blowing, with plenty of mouth-watering food and super delicious coffee. The hotel's position was jaw-dropping, with endless options for eating and drinking nearby. It was conveniently close to public transport and within walking distance of the old town. The staff were all lovely, incredibly helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and provided a super comfortable stay. The modern furniture and design of the rooms were impressive, and the hotel had a great range of amenities like wi-fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, a coffee shop. The express check-in/-out made everything stress-free. The children's buffet and wheelchair access were much appreciated, and it was awesome that pets were allowed. The air conditioning added extra comfort and the no-smoking policy on-site was a breath of fresh air.

The room is quiet and cozy and essentials you need, including central heating and TV, is right there. The location is central, really close to transport connections and proximity to the city centre and life, trams and many fun bars and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. It's right next to the Jakominiplatz stop, making it super convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. And last but not least, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. I had a great night's sleep! Oh, and I must mention the breakfast too - it was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic - nothing to complain about!

However, I did find the room size to be slightly tight. our experience was positive, with the hotel offering great facilities and amenities.

The location was dope, just 300 metres from Graz Opera House. We had a blast exploring the vibrant city center and hitting up all the trendy spots nearby. The staff was chill and the hotel was clean AF. Can't wait to come back!

The only thing that could've been better for us party-loving teens was if the hotel had a sick rooftop bar or a cool lounge area where we could hang out and meet other young people. Other than that, everything was on point!
